O&M strategy in support of a future 1GW project in the Celtic Sea.

Work included analysis and scheduling of planned O&M tasks for a range of windfarm assets, identification of suitable supply chain, recommended optimisation of delivery scheduling.

Nerth was contacted to provide the Technical & Commercial lead on a JV bid for Port Redevelopment of project value >£60M.

At Nerth we are known for our commercial scrutiny of projects, especially when working in such challenging environments as Offshore Wind. In 2023 we were contracted for Cost Engineering services in support of LCOE calculations for an emerging FOW technology.

Nerth is often consulted to provide Business Development and Planning services in support of emerging businesses and new products. In 2023 Nerth was contracted by a new client to grow their Diving and UXO services into the UK's Inshore & Offshore markets.

Cost-engineered budget for the imminent removal of a fixed jetty structure from within an SSSI site, located on the River Tees. Our work was used to inform MMO and EIA applications, the final project budget and the board’s FID decision.
